New Diamond has free options for team names, rosters and innings. Baseball Almanac has files you can edit yourself. If one does what you need, use it.
This service is for the layout you can sketch but can't quite build. Maybe you want more room for substitutions, or a pitching section laid out around the stats you track. Bring a detailed sketch or written spec with the fields and spacing you want.
What's in the $39 pilot
The files we'd make for you.
PDF and SVG files
You'll get up to two PDF pages and the editable SVG source files used to make them. We check the PDF against the layout we agreed.
One round of changes
After the first draft, send your changes together. One round is included, within the layout and page count we agreed. A new layout or extra pages would need a separate agreement.
Before we send the files
We check the page size and requested fields, then inspect a rendered PDF for clipped text and overlapping lines.
Digital files only
Printing, binding and shipping aren't included. We don't provide Excel files, formulas, automatic stats or a scoring app. We check the files on screen, not a printed proof or during a live game.

Do I pay anything to join?
No. Joining is free. We're testing a $39 price for the package above. If the pilot opens, we'll confirm your layout and delivery date before you choose whether to place an order.
What is an SVG file?
SVG is a vector graphics file you can edit in a compatible design editor. It isn't an Excel file or a fillable PDF. Different editors may display it differently.
Will you print or bind my scorebook?
The package is digital only. Printing, binding and shipping are up to you. We check the files on screen; you would need to check light lines, double-sided alignment and writing space on your own paper and printer.
Can I submit a sketch now?
Not yet. This form only collects a short description. If the pilot opens and your request looks suitable, we'll ask for the sketch privately.
How do I leave the waitlist?
Use the private removal link shown after signup, or the delete control when you return in the same browser. You can also email mattlee3003@gmail.com.
